5 Year Plant Guarantee on hardy nursery stock

Our hardy plants are kept outdoors in our plant area throughout the year which makes them very tough. We source only from reputable growers in the UK and Europe and our plants are regularly audited by SEPA to ensure they are healthy and pest and disease free.  This makes us confident to offer a 5-year guarantee on all hardy container-grown plants.

What to do:

If you have any concerns with a plant purchased from us, the first thing to do is take a picture of the plants, and the pot or label if you have kept this, and send it to us at info@torwoodgardencentre.co.uk or through our Facebook page.  This makes it easy for us to identify the nature of the problem and advise a course of action.

Please DO NOT take cuttings of the plant or bring in any pest or disease material as this can spread the problem.

Terms and conditions:

Please note this guarantee is on hardy nursery stock only and does not cover annuals, bedding plants, house plants, bulbs, vegetables and seeds as well as all plants that are known to be short-lived.
We will not offer credit for plants we think have died due to lack of watering or proper horticultural care (left in the pot for 2 weeks before it is planted, for example), or if the plant has been infected by a pest or disease contracted from your garden or your neighbours.

Returns are issued as a replacement plant or credit note to the value of the original purchase. Credit notes can be used throughout the garden centre and restaurants against any other purchase. These are valid for 3 months from the point of issuance. Gift vouchers and delivery charges are non-refundable.
