Changed your mind?

Whether an item you’ve purchased doesn’t fit, is the wrong colour or you’ve simply changed your mind we are happy to help.

You may return your goods within 28 days of purchase with the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories with a valid till receipt, for a replacement or credit note.

 

Faulty items

Unfortunately, even when buying from the best manufacturers some faulty items do reach our customers. If any item(s) purchased develop a fault, within the appropriate guarantee period, then please return the item with the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories, and a valid till receipt, for a replacement or refund. Any item(s) returned without a valid till receipt will be replaced or have a credit note issued at the discretion of the management.

 

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
